Introduction

NuadBoard is a cloud-based digital signage platform that lets you display media, playlists and schedules on TVs you already own. You manage everything from one simple dashboard — no special hardware or complicated setup required.

Whether you have a single screen in a shop or fifty screens across multiple locations, the experience stays the same: add your screens, upload content, build playlists, and schedule when things play.

What you can do

  • Show images, videos, PDFs and documents on any screen
  • Embed YouTube and Google Drive videos directly
  • Group content into playlists with your own ordering
  • Schedule content by time, day and priority
  • Run content on browser players, Chrome extensions and Android TV
  • Monitor uptime and viewing analytics for every screen
Tip: You can start with a free 15-day trial — no credit card required. Use the menu on the left to jump to any topic.

How NuadBoard Works

NuadBoard follows a simple "create, upload, schedule, play" workflow. Here is the complete flow at a glance:

  1. 1

Create your account & choose a plan

Sign up and start your free trial, or pick a paid plan that fits your number of screens.

  2. 2

    Add your screens

Give each screen a name and location, set its orientation, and NuadBoard generates a unique pair code.

  3. 3

    Upload your content

Add images, videos, PDFs or documents to your media library, or link YouTube / Google Drive videos.

  4. 4

    Build playlists & schedules

Group your media into playlists, then assign those playlists to screens with a schedule and priority.

  5. 5

    Install the player & pair

Open NuadBoard on your TV's browser, Chrome extension or Android TV app, enter the pair code — and your screen goes live instantly.

Note: Players connect over the internet. Each screen stays in sync automatically — when you update a playlist or schedule, the change appears on the screen within seconds.

Getting Started

1. Create an account

Click Sign In or Try Free on the NuadBoard homepage and complete the registration form. You'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account.

2. Start your free trial

New accounts get a 15-day free trial that includes 1 screen, 1 playlist, 10 media files and 200MB of storage. The trial activates immediately and requires no credit card. The trial can be used only once per account.

3. Understand your dashboard

After logging in you'll land on the dashboard. It shows a live overview of your signage network:

  • Online screens — how many screens are currently connected
  • Uptime — how reliably your screens stay online
  • Plays & watch hours — how much your content is being viewed
  • Top content — which playlists and media perform best

4. Next steps

From the left sidebar you can reach every module: Screens, Media Library, Playlists, Schedules, Sequences, Zones, Analytics, Billing and Support. The next sections walk you through each one.

Screens & Players

A screen represents a physical display (a TV, monitor or projector). A player is the software running on that display that connects to NuadBoard and plays your content.

Creating a screen

Go to Screens → Create Screen and enter:

  • Name — e.g. "Lobby TV"
  • Location — where the screen is installed
  • Orientation — landscape or portrait
  • Timezone — used for schedules
  • Player type — Browser, Chrome extension, or Android TV

When the screen is created, NuadBoard generates a 6-character pair code (e.g. A1B2C3). You can refresh the code at any time — refreshing invalidates the old one.

Pairing a player

Open NuadBoard on the display device, choose your player, and enter the pair code:

  • Browser Player — open the NuadBoard player page in any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari), enter the code and click connect.
  • Chrome Extension — install the NuadBoard extension, open it, and enter the code. The extension turns any Chrome device into a sign.
  • Android TV — install the NuadBoard app from the TV's app store, open it and enter the code.

Once paired, the screen status changes to online.

Screen statuses

  • Pending — screen created, but no player has connected yet.
  • Online — a player is connected and sending a heartbeat (every ~30 seconds).
  • Offline — the player has not reported activity for about a minute; it may be powered off or disconnected.

Real-time controls

On a screen's detail page you can control it live:

  • Push content — force new content to the screen immediately
  • Refresh — reload the screen's content
  • Commands — restart the player, reload the page, clear the cache, or capture a screenshot
Tip: A screen will reconnect automatically after it returns online. You do not need to re-pair it.

Player Setup Guides

NuadBoard works with three players. Pick the one that fits your screen, follow the steps below, and enter your pair code to go live.

Browser-based Player

The fastest way to get a screen online — no installation needed. Works on any computer, tablet, or TV with a modern browser.

  1. Open the browser player by clicking the button below (or visit the player page directly).
  2. Enter the 6-character pair code of your screen.
  3. Click Connect. The player connects and your screen starts playing immediately.
Launch Browser Player

Chrome Extension Player

Turns any Chrome-running PC into a dedicated signage screen. Ideal for kiosks, info displays, and office monitors that stay on all day.

  1. Install the NuadBoard Player extension from the Chrome Web Store (button below).
  2. Click the NuadBoard Player icon in your browser toolbar.
  3. Enter the 6-character pair code of your screen.
  4. Click Connect, then Launch Player. The extension plays your content in a dedicated tab.
Add to Chrome

Android TV App Player

A full-screen app for Android TV, TV boxes, and sticks. Perfect for normal TVs and spaces that run signage all day.

  1. Download the NuadBoard app APK (button below).
  2. Install the APK on your Android TV or TV box (allow installation from unknown sources if prompted).
  3. Open the app and enter the 6-character pair code of your screen.
  4. The app connects and plays your content full-screen. It remembers the screen, so it reconnects automatically on the next launch.

Pair code tip: You can find or refresh a screen's pair code from Screens → select the screen → Pair Code. Refreshing a code invalidates the old one.

Media Library

The media library is where you store every asset that can appear on your screens. It's the source your playlists pull from.

Supported content

  • Uploaded files — images, videos, PDFs and documents (up to 100MB each)
  • YouTube videos — paste a YouTube link and it plays embedded
  • Google Drive videos — paste a Drive link and it plays embedded

Uploading media

Go to Media Library, upload your file (or choose external for a YouTube/Drive link). You can filter the library by content type and search by file name to find things quickly.

Deleting media

You can delete any file unless it is being used in a playlist. Remove it from playlists first, then delete it.

Storage limits: your plan defines how much storage you get. If you reach the limit, delete unused media or upgrade your plan.

Playlists

A playlist is an ordered group of media that plays on your screens. Playlists are the bridge between your media library and your screens.

Creating a playlist

Go to Playlists → Create, give it a name and description, and choose a loop mode:

  • Sequential — items play in order, then repeat from the start
  • Shuffle — items play in random order
  • Random — each item plays independently and randomly

Adding items

Add media to the playlist from your library. For each item you can:

  • Override the duration (1–3600 seconds) instead of letting it play at natural length
  • Enable or disable an item without removing it
  • Reorder items by dragging, and remove items anytime

Assigning to screens

Once a playlist is ready, assign it to one or more screens. If a screen has no schedule, its assigned playlist plays continuously. When multiple playlists are assigned, you can control the order and timing with schedules.

Tip: Keep your playlists small and focused (e.g. "Specials", "Promotions", "Info loop") so scheduling stays simple.

Schedules

A schedule tells a screen which playlist to play, and when. You can run different content at different times of day or on different days of the week.

Creating a schedule

Go to Schedules → Create and configure:

  • Screens — pick one or more screens the schedule applies to
  • Playlist — the content to play
  • Start & end time — the daily window (e.g. 09:00–17:00)
  • Days of week — which days it runs (optional date range also supported)
  • Priority — when schedules overlap, the higher priority (0–100) wins

Managing schedules

  • Toggle — enable or disable a schedule without deleting it
  • Duplicate — copy a schedule (the copy starts inactive) to reuse a setup
Example: A restaurant could run its "Specials" playlist 11:00–15:00 and 18:00–22:00, its "Opening" playlist in the morning, and a "Closed" message overnight.

Sequences & Zones

Sequences and Zones are advanced features (available on Pro plans and above) that give you more control over how content plays.

Sequences

A sequence lets you play multiple playlists in a defined order — instead of only one playlist at a time. Configure:

  • Ordered playlists — add playlists in the order they should play
  • Loop mode — play through the sequence once, or repeat it continuously
  • Repeat count — how many times to cycle

Zones

A zone divides one screen into regions, each playing its own playlist. This is great for layouts like "video on the left, ticker on the right".

  • Position — x/y placement of the region
  • Size — width/height as a percentage of the screen
  • Z-index — which region sits on top when they overlap
  • Background colour — fill behind the content
  • Playlist — the content assigned to that region

Zone layouts are delivered to the player automatically as part of the screen configuration.

Analytics

The Analytics section shows how your screens and content are performing, so you can see what's working and what isn't.

Overview

  • Online screens — current live count
  • Online time & uptime % — reliability of your network
  • Plays — how many times content started
  • Watch hours — total viewing time
  • Top content — your most-played playlists and media

Per-screen & per-content views

Drill down into each screen to see its uptime and any playback errors, or break content performance down by type (video, image, PDF, etc.).

Activity logs

A filterable activity feed records events like online, offline, heartbeat, content start, content end and error. Use it to troubleshoot why a screen went offline or a file failed to play.

Billing & Payments

NuadBoard offers monthly plans in two currencies — US Dollar (USD) and Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Your checkout experience depends on the plan's currency.

Available plans

Plan Price / month Screens Playlists Media Storage
Free Trial Free for 15 days 1 1 10 200 MB

Enterprise $10.00 / ৳999 Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited

The Pro plan also unlocks Sequences and Zones. Enterprise adds white-label options, API access, a dedicated account manager and 24/7 priority support.

Paying for a BDT plan

BDT plans are paid manually through Mobile Financial Services: Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

  1. At checkout, select a payment method (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
  2. Send the total amount to the account number shown for that method.
  3. Fill in your sender number, transaction ID, and the paid amount.
  4. Optional: attach a payment screenshot as proof.
  5. Submit. Our team reviews the payment and activates your subscription — usually within a short time.

Paying for a USD plan

USD plans use the Contact Sales flow. Fill in the contact form and our sales team will get in touch to arrange payment and activation.

Coupons & discounts

  • Enter a coupon code at checkout (e.g. WELCOME100) before submitting.
  • Coupons can be a percentage or a fixed amount, and may be limited to specific plans.
  • A 100% coupon activates your subscription instantly — no payment needed.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing. Cancelling turns off auto-renewal — you keep full access until the end of your current period.

Support

Need help? NuadBoard has a built-in support ticket system, plus a contact-sales channel for sales and plan questions.

Support tickets

Go to Support → Create Ticket and provide:

  • Subject — a short summary of the issue
  • Category & priority — from Low to Urgent
  • Message — the details
  • Attachment — optional screenshot or file

Each ticket gets a reference number like TKT-123. You'll see the ticket status and replies in the Support section. Replying to a resolved ticket reopens it.

Contact sales

For plan upgrades, enterprise pricing or USD billing questions, use the Contact Sales form — choose the plan you're interested in, add your details, and our team will follow up.
